We want you to love your Clawfee Club gear almost as much as your cat pretends not to love you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.  We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order.

If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged — that's on us, and we'll make it right. No drama, no guilt trip.

We offer refunds for:

• 📦 Items sent incorrectly
• 😾 Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Just email us at lisapryke141@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong.
